1/4 cup onions
1/4 cup mushrooms
1/4 cup celery
2 cups spinach
1 cup cherry tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Omelet, Veg

  1. Spray med size no-stick skillet with Pam

  2. Add all igredients except eggs

  3. Cook until tender

  4. Add eggs

  5. Cook until done
