Recipe Ingredients for Omelet Supreme

1 tbsp. Butter
3 large Egg, Whole
1 1/2 oz Whole Milk
1/4 tsp Seasoned Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper, Black
1/4 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
2 oz Bell Pepper Green
3/20 cup, diced Ham, Sliced, Regular
10 grams Pork Sausage, Fresh, Cooked
1 oz Mushrooms
1 1/2 medium slices, cooked (raw product packed 20/lb) Pork, Cured, Bacon
0.33 cup Cheddar Shredded Cheese

Recipe Directions for Omelet Supreme

  1. Cook pork sausage, and bacon and break into small pieces. Set aside.

  2. Saute veggies and mushrooms in fat for about five minutes or less until crisp tender.

  3. Beat eggs, milk, seasoned salt and black pepper until light and fluffy.

  4. Add 1 Tablespoon butter to omelet pan, and melt. Add egg mixture and cook until almost set.

  5. Add veggies and meat, cook another minute or two, add cheese on top. Fold omelet in half and serve on warmed plate.
