0.5 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 small Onions
4 serving HEB Real Egg Whites (1/4 cup)
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
0.33 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid

Recipe Directions for Omelet with Spinach, onion and red pepper

Saute onion and red pepper in olive oil for 5 minutes, add spinach until wilted. Whisk egg whites and milk then add to pan. Cook until egg mixture sets.
