1 large Egg, Whole
1 serving 2% Milk Reduced Fat Mild Cheddar
1.5 serving Turkey Bacon
1 tbsp chopped Onions
1 oz Bell Pepper Green

  1. Scramble egg

  2. Pour in pan

  3. Cook until it is an omelet

  4. Add cheese, chopped up turkey bacon, onions and bell peppers.

  5. Fold over
