Recipe Ingredients for omelet

3 cups raw Spinach
2 large Egg, Whole
1 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 cup (8 fl oz) Yogurt, Plain, Skim Milk, 13 Grams Protein Per 8 Ounce
2 oz Real Bacon Pieces

Recipe Directions for omelet

spray fry pan w/ pam & place on high heat; whisk eggs, yogurt & cheese together in pan, whisk in spinach a cup at a time until softened, add bacon bits. Reduce heat to med & continue turning w/ spactula until mosture is cooked out.
