Egg white omelet, fat free cottage cheese and prosciutto. Sprinkle feta over top.

Recipe Ingredients for Omelet

2 slice, medium (1/4" thick) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1.5 tbsp chopped Onions
1 large Egg, White
0.25 cup Fat Free Cottage Cheese
1 Slice Ham
0.5 tbsp Salsa Con Queso
1 serving chilli paste

Recipe Directions for Omelet

cook egg, with tomato, prosciutto and onion inside, when finished cooking place fat free cottage cheese and more tomato and onion on top. Sprinkle feta over top. ( i like to have salsa and chili paste on the side. )
