Turkey, Vegetable and Cheese Omelet

Recipe Ingredients for Omelet

2 large egg Eggland's Best Egg
0.988 oz Reduced Fat 4 Cheese Mexican Shredded Cheese
0.5 medium raw Tomato Roma
10 strips Green Bell Pepper
1 tbsp chopped Onions

Recipe Directions for Omelet

  1. Chop up onion, tomato, bell pepper and turkey.

  2. Add 2 tsps of Olive Oil to pan

  3. Add vegetables and turkey to heated oil and cook until tender.

  4. Beat eggs and add eggs to pan with turkey and vegetables.

  5. Cook until done, flipping once during the process.

  6. Add cheese to the center and fold.
