Makes one serving. I usually add mushrooms, in this case I ran out, but if you choose, you can add 1/4 to 1/2 cup raw and sautee them.

Recipe Ingredients for Omelet

1/8 cup of onion, chopped and sautéed
1/8 cup of green peppers, chopped and sautéed
1/4 mushrooms, sliced and sautéed
1/2 cup eggbeaters, original

Recipe Directions for Omelet

  1. 1. In a nonstick skillet sprayed with no calorie cooking spray, sautée vegetables until soft.

  2. 2. Add into eggbeaters and scramble

  3. Put on plate and enjoy
