Awesome omelet for saturday morning

Recipe Ingredients for Omelet

21 g feta cheese
2 eggs
40 g onion
10 g TVP
20 g red pepper
1 1/2 g oil
15 ml milk
1 dash of salt
1 clove garlic

Recipe Directions for Omelet

  1. Fry the onions, peppers and previously soaked TVP in the oil

  2. Mix eggs with milk, pour over peppers and onions

  3. add feta cheese cubes to the top, cover the pan and let it cook for a bit

  4. add salt and pepper as necessary
