Recipe Ingredients for Omelet Muffins

6 medium Egg, Whole
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
2 g Real Mayonnaise
0.13 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1/2 cup broccoli, raw
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/3 cup diced onions
1/2 cup diced mushrooms

Recipe Directions for Omelet Muffins

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. 2. Grease 6 muffin tins with butter substitute or coconut oil or line with paper baking cups.

  3. 3. Beat the eggs in a medium bowl and add meat, vegetables, salt, ground pepper, and any other ingredients and stir to combine.

  4. 4. Pour mixture into the muffin cups.

  5. 5. Bake for 18-20 minutes
