A compromise between whole eggs and egg whites, includes oil for pan.

Recipe Ingredients for Omelet, Mostly Egg White

1 large egg
1/4 cup fat-free liquid egg substitute
2 tbsp water

Recipe Directions for Omelet, Mostly Egg White

  1. Oil pan and heat on low heat.

  2. Mix remaining ingredients with whisk until frothy.

  3. Pour in pan. Mix until cooked.

  4. If they start darkening, then the pan is too hot! Turn down heat.

  5. Serve hot. Yum!
