Recipe Ingredients for Omelet-Low Calorie

2 Eggs
1/8 cup Fresh Mushrooms
1/8 cup Green Peppers
1/8 cup Onion

Recipe Directions for Omelet-Low Calorie

  1. Place all ingredients in a zip lock bag.

  2. Massage bag until all ingredients are mixed thorougly.

  3. Place bag in pan of boiling water for about seven minutes once water returns to boiling.

  4. Remove bag, open and slide omelet onto plate.
