1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tsp vegetable oil

  1. Heat frying pan to medium heat

  2. Add oil

  3. Poor egg subsitute over vegetables in pan

  4. Flip when cooked through

  5. Add cheese and fold over

  6. Continuing heating until cheese is melted
