1 eggs, cage free
1 T grapeseed oil
2 T onions
2 T green pepper
4 T spinach
1/2 avocado
3 slices turkey bacon

Recipe Directions for Omelet dinner

  1. saute onions, green pepper, spinach in grapeseed oil

  2. add whisked eggs to mixture

  3. top with 1/2 of pureed avocado with garlic salt and pepper juice

  4. microwave 4 slices turkey bacon
