Eggwhite omelet, with peppers onions and low-fat cheese

Recipe Ingredients for Omelet: Cheese, Peppers, Onions

3 oz Egg Whites
1/2 cup sweet green peppers
1/2 cup onion
1/4 cup low fat cheddar cheese
1 tsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Omelet: Cheese, Peppers, Onions

  1. Spray pan with oil.

  2. Saute peppers and onions. Remove when cooked.

  3. Pour egg in pan. When almost set, add peppers and onions. Top with cheese.

  4. Fold egg over in pan, put on plate.

  5. Season as desired.
