1/2 cup mixture of chopped peppers, onions and tomatoes 1 Large egg 1 TBS water 1 TBS finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese splash of Chalula Hot Sauce Heavy Duty Frozen Food Baggie

1 large Egg, Whole
7 grams Cheese
1 serving Hot Sauce

Recipe Directions for Omelet in a Bag

  1. Bring a large pan of water to a boil.

  2. Beat egg with 1 tablespoon of water.

  3. Put vegetables in baggie

  4. Add beaten egg.

  5. Squeeze out air and place in boiling water for 5-7 minutes.

  6. When firm, remove bag from water and cut off top.

  7. Slide omelet onto plate. Sprinkle with cheese and splash with hot sauce.
