3/4 cup egg beaters
1/2 cup onion
1/2 cup red pepper
1/2 cup zucchini
4 oz mushrooms
1/2 cup spinach
3 tbsp ketchup

Recipe Directions for Omelet 3-egg veggie and ketchup

Cook veggies for 3 minutes in microwave in microwave omelet maker. Add egg beaters, mushrooms, spinach. Cook 3 more minutes. Loosen, cook another 1-2 minutes. Paper towels on top help absorb moisture from veggies.
