Recipe Ingredients for Omelet, 2-egg, microwave

116 g eggs (2 extra large)
1 T water
1/2 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
1 salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Omelet, 2-egg, microwave

  1. Spray wide, shallow (soup or salad) bowl with cooking spray.

  2. Crack eggs into bowl, add water, salt and pepper and beat 80 strokes.

  3. Microwave on normal/high for 140 seconds.

  4. Immediately fold in half over shredded cheese and allow to melt.
