Packed with omegas and B12 - these rice crispie treats can be made with whatever combination of ingredients you like. My daughter's preschool is nut free and a girl in her class has numerous allergies - this recipe happens to be gluten/nut/egg free. Note: I've found from experience that anything less than 8 cups of cereal yields a product that, albeit delicious, is not as accepted by the wee ones. Save marshmallow covered seeds for yourself & make sure there's plenty of bulk in these babies. I use Barbara's Crispy Rice Cereal and Barbara's fruit sweetened ohs. The kids LOVED the treats I made with Barbara's Organic Wild Puffs Fruit Medely.
