Yummy not-too-sweet honey~cinnamon granola. Delicious with yogurt and berries!

Recipe Ingredients for Omega 3 Granola

1/4 cup light olive oil
1/2 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla
8 cups oatmeal
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/8 cup flax seeds
1 tablespoon cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Omega 3 Granola

  1. Warm oil and honey in a large microwave-safe bowl. Stir in vanilla and cinnamon. Add remaining ingredients and combine thoroughly.

  2. Spread granola on a large, rimmed cookie sheet and bake at 350 in center of oven for 10 minutes. Stir carefully, return to oven and bake 10 minutes. Repeat one more time for a total of 30 minutes baking time.

  3. Cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
