Recipe Ingredients for Omega-3 Crudites with Arugula

4 oz sardines, water-packed, drained
8 kalamata olives
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp shallots, coarsely chopped
1 tbsp flaxseed oil
1 pinch dry mustard
1 pinch cayenne
2 heads endive, washed
1/2 c arugula, cut into fine chiffonade

Recipe Directions for Omega-3 Crudites with Arugula

Place all ingredients except endive and arugula into a blender or food processor and pulse until combined. Separate endive leaves and spread with a thin layer of tapenade. Top with chiffonade arugula.
