600 g beef sirloin

30 g garlic
300 g tomatoes, peeled, canned
10 g tomatoes, paste
10 g salt
20 g butter
20 g flour, white
1 g basil
1 g marjoram
10 g oil, olives
3/5 liter water

Recipe Directions for Omaka z mletim mesom

  1. Olje malo segrejemo, dodamo mleto meso, solimo in odkrito (ali pokrito z mre�ico) du�imo, da vsa voda izpari. Dodamo na drobno narezano �ebulo, jo skupaj z mesom malo popra�imo, dodamo sesekljan �esen, ga malo popra�imo, da zadi�i, pridamo sve�i ali vlo�en paradi�nik, preme�amo, zalijemo z vodo, dodamo baziliko in kuhamo pribli�no 15 minut. Nato omako zagostimo z masleno kocko ali podmetom in kuhamo �e 15 minut, da se tudi moka skuha. Na koncu dodamo olj�no olje.

  2. Maslena kocka. 2 dag malo zmeh�anega masla prime�amo 2 dag ostre moke in oboje zme�amo v gladko maso. Iz nje oblikujemo ve� kock ali kroglic in jih damo v hladilnik.

  3. Podmet - osnovni recept. Presejano moko prelijemo s hladno vodo ali hladno mesno juho, mlekom ali smetano, odvisno od jedi, ki jo pripravljamo. Jed, kamor smo dali podmet, mora vreti vsaj 10 do 15 minut, da se moka dobro prekuha.
