Recipe Ingredients for Olive Whole Wheat Couscous

1 tablespoon dried oregano
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
3 garlic cloves, minced
28 oz organic less sodium chicken broth
2 cups whole wheat uncooked couscous
1/4 c minced fresh parsley
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
85 g (1/2 cup) chopped pitted calamata olives
3 oz (6 tablespoons) crumbled feta cheese

Recipe Directions for Olive Whole Wheat Couscous

Mix first 4 ingredients together. Heat olive oil, add mixture and saute 20 seconds. Add broth, bring to a boil. Add couscous & parsley, stir, cover and let stand for 5 min. Fluff with fork and add chopped olives, tomatoes and feta. Mix and serve.
