Makes 1 serving

Little appetizers that resemble penguins - calorie count is for one penguin but I created 19 for a party (number of jumbo olives in the can I bought)

Recipe Ingredients for Olive Penguin

0.2 serving Medium Pitted Black Olives
0.33 serving Jumbo Pitted Black Olives
0.33 serving Cream Cheese Light
0.13 oz Carrots

Recipe Directions for Olive Penguin

Cut a triangle from a carrot slice. The triangle will be the beak and the rest of the slice will be the feet. Push the beak pointy-side out into the hole in the medium olive to form the head. Slice one side of the jumbo olive lengthwise and stuff with 1 tsp. or less light cream cheese to form the body. Assemble the penguin with a toothpick (feet, body, head, a little bit of toothpick sticking out of the top). Chill and serve.
