Recipe Ingredients for Olive Oil Granola with Pistachios and Almonds

3 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
2 cup Pistachios
8 serving Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil
0.75 cup Pure Maple Syrup
4 oz Light Brown Sugar
0.5 tsp Salt
0.5 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.5 tsp, ground Cardamom
1 cup Almonds

Recipe Directions for Olive Oil Granola with Pistachios and Almonds

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. In a large bowl, combine oats, pistachios, almonds, maple syrup, olive oil, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon and cardamom. Spread mixture on a rimmed baking sheet in an even layer and bake for 45 mins. stirring every 10 mins, until golden brown and well toasted.

  2. Transfer granola to a large bowl and add approx 3/4 cup of chopped dried fruit (not included for calories in this recipe).

  3. Yield about 9 cups. Serving size 1/2 cup
