Recipe Ingredients for Olive Oil Bread Dough

4.5 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Unbleached
2.75 cup (8 fl oz) Water
11 grams Yeast
1 tbsp Salt, Table
3 tsp Sugars, Granulated
2 cup Wheat Flour, Whole-grain
0.25 cup Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Olive Oil Bread Dough

  1. Mix everything together.

  2. Don't knead

  3. Allow to rise for 2hrs

  4. Refrigerate (not airtight)

  5. For baking:

  6. Cut the piece, shape and let it rest for 90min

  7. Bake on a baking stone to 450F (Preheated)
