Recipe Ingredients for Olive Garden's Zuppa Toscana

8 oz potato
2 oz kale
2 oz sausage links
2 oz onion
12 oz milk
4 t olive oil
2 oz chicken stock
1/4 t basil
1/4 t garlic
1/4 t salt
1/4 t white pepper

Recipe Directions for Olive Garden's Zuppa Toscana

  1. Chop uncooked sausages and saute w/ minced onion, garlic, and chopped kale in olive oil.

  2. Thinly slice scrubbed potatoes and just cover with water to boil. Reduce liquid to about 1/3 cup total.

  3. Add saute'd veggies, sausage, milk, stock and seasonings and simmer low for about 20 minutes, or until desired consistency.

  4. Makes 6 - 1/2c servings (this is what OG serves.)
