This doesn't taste exactly like Olive Garden's salad but it is every bit as good! Every time I make it I get lots of compliments and ppl want the recipe.

Recipe Ingredients for Olive Garden's Salad

8 oz. salad greens
8 oz. spinach
1/2 red onion, sliced
2 large tomatoes, wedged
1 cup black olives
1 cup banana peppers, pickled
1 cup croutons

Dressing:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup white vinegar
2 tablespoons corn syrup
1 tsp. vegetable oil
4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. Italian seasonings
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Recipe Directions for Olive Garden's Salad

Combine all the salad ingredients in a large serving bowl. Whip the dressing together in a blender, poor over salad, toss and enjoy!
