Beef vegetable soup with macaronni

Recipe Ingredients for Olive Garden Vegetable Soup

1 lb ground beef
1 c onion, chopped
1 c celery, chopped
1 c carrots, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
16 oz tomatoes, canned
15 oz tomato sauce
15 oz kidney beans, undrained
2 c water
5 tsp beef bouillon granules
1 tsp parsley flakes
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp basil
1/4 tsp pepper
2 c cabbage, shredded
1 c green beans
1/2 c elbow macaroni

Recipe Directions for Olive Garden Vegetable Soup

Brown beef; drain. Add all ingredients except cabbage, green beans, and macaroni. Bring to boil, then lower temperature and simmer for 20 minutes. Add cabbage, green beans, and macaroni. Simmer until all are done. Top with Parmesan cheese.
