Olive Garden Spinach & Artichoke Dip

Recipe Ingredients for Olive Garden Spinach & Artichoke Dip

14 oz artichoke hearts, drained & sliced
1 lb cream cheese, room temperature
8 oz mascarpone cheese, room temperature
1 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 tsp thyme, ground
1/4 tsp red pepper, crushed
1 tbsp parsley, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
5 green onions, chopped
1 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
6 oz spinach, chopped

Recipe Directions for Olive Garden Spinach & Artichoke Dip

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

  2. Mix all ingredients in large bowl.

  3. Coat a non-stick loaf pan with pan spray; fill pan with 1/2 of mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for about 25 minutes or until bubbling and center is hot.

  4. Refrigerate remaining half for next day.

  5. Serve with Saltines or sliced italian bread grilled on both sides in extra virgin olive oil.
