this soup is served at the olive garden and is fabulous. i add corn and chives, because i love them.

Recipe Ingredients for olive garden light copycat zuppa toscana

1 lb turkey sausage, cooked
1 quart water
29 ounces chicken stock
2 1/2 lbs russet potatoes, peeded and cubed
2 cloves garlic
1 medium onion
2 cups kale, chopped
1/2 cup non-fat powdered milk, dissolved w/ a bit of water
1 cup frozen corn
1/2 cup chopped green onion

cook the sausage, cook the onions and corn until slightly soft, add everything else and simmer!!!
