1 T olive oil
3 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp yeast
1/2 c olives

Recipe Directions for Olive fougasse

  1. put all ingredients in bread machine except olives.

  2. set on dough setting.

  3. when complete, fold in chopped olives.

  4. let rise 30-45 minutes.

  5. bake in 425 degree oven 20-25 minutes.
