This is a variation of the basic bread or rolls recipe.

Recipe Ingredients for Olive and Cheese Bread or Rolls

1 T yeast
1 cup milk
2 T sugar
1/4 cup olive oil
3 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup chopped olives
1/4 cup low fat cheese

Recipe Directions for Olive and Cheese Bread or Rolls

  1. Heat the milk until very warm. Add olive oil, sugar, and yeast in a small bowl.

  2. Wait for the yeast to become foamy, about 5 minutes.

  3. Add flour and salt, and mix well. Add copped olives and low-fat cheese.

  4. Use heavy-duty electric mixer to mix, about 8 minutes.

  5. Shape rolls and let rise about 30 minutes.

  6. Preheat over to 375, bake about 20 minutes.
