2 tbsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg
1 cup skim milk
2 tbsp vegetable oil

Recipe Directions for old style pancakes

  1. 1. In a medium bowl, stir together the egg, milk, and oil. Add flour, baking powder and salt, mix until smooth.

  2. 2. Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake on hot, oiled griddle. Turn when golden brown. Serve hot.
