Recipe Ingredients for Old-Fashioned PB Fudge

2 c. sugar
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1/2 cup peanut butter (I used Omega creamy)
1 tsp. vanilla

Recipe Directions for Old-Fashioned PB Fudge

  1. Generously grease a 5x7-inch square pan, set aside.

  2. Bring milk and sugar to a boil in a medium saucepan. With candy thermometer, cook until syrup forms a soft ball in water (235-240*F). Remove from heat.

  3. Add vanilla and peanut butter, cool on wire rack 15-20 minutes or until temperature drops to about 100*F. Beat vigorously until thickened and no longer glossy, pour into pan. Let cool on wire rack until set, cut into pieces and store in fridge to keep fresh.
