Recipe Ingredients for Old Fashioned Pancakes

1 1/2 c flour
3 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 1/4 c milk
1 egg
3 tbs butter

Recipe Directions for Old Fashioned Pancakes

  1. Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a large bowl.

  2. In a small bowl beat milk and egg.

  3. Make a well in the large bowl and add the egg mixture, mix well.

  4. Microwave the butter til melted and add to bowl, mix well.

  5. Let sit for 3-5min. mix again and cook on buttered skillet on med. high heat.

  6. Butter skillet before flipping.
