This is really good meatloaf, my favorite

Recipe Ingredients for Old fashioned meatloaf.PaulaDeen

1 pounds ground beef
1 1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
1 egg
8 oz canned diced tomatoes with juice
1/2 cup oats
1/3 cup ketchup
2 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon prepared mustard

Recipe Directions for Old fashioned meatloaf.PaulaDeen

Saute veggies until tender. While they cool slightly, mix other ingredients. Add the sauted veggies, shape into loaf spread toppings on and bake for 1 hour at 375.
