Recipe Ingredients for Old-Fashioned Meat Loaf

1 lb. Beef, ground, 85% fat
1 egg
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
1 t dry mustard
1 T catsup
2 T milk, reduced fat, 1% milkfat, fluid
1 T horseradish
1/2 t salt

Recipe Directions for Old-Fashioned Meat Loaf

Combine all ingredients, mix well. Form into a loaf and place into foil-lined baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
