Recipe Ingredients for Old Fashion Health Food Cookies

3/4 cup canola oil
1 1/4 cup molasses
2 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup spelt flour
1/2 cup non-fat powdered milk
2 cups oats
1 1/2 cup flax meal
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup sesame seeds

Recipe Directions for Old Fashion Health Food Cookies

  1. Mix, drop and bakeat 350 F for 10 minutes.

  2. Watch carefully for over browning.

  3. If baked too long they will get black fast.

  4. They will be soft when removed but crisp up after cooling.
