Recipe Ingredients for Old El Paso Mile-High Salsa Pie

4 (60g) serving
1 (16oz) serving Beef, Ground, 85% Lean Meat / 15% Fat, Crumbles
1 cup water
1 can (16 oz) Beans, kidney
16 oz Old El Paso Thick n Chunky Salsa
2 cups (8oz) Monterey Jack Cheese

Recipe Directions for Old El Paso Mile-High Salsa Pie

  1. Brown ground beef, stir in seasoning, water & half the cheese. Heat to boiling, stiring occasionally. Reduce heat & simmer uncovered 4 minutes. Add beans & remaining cheese sauce, heat until hot.

  2. In casserole, layer tortilla, salsa, beef mixure & cheese. Repeat ending with cheese.

  3. Bake 17 to 22 minutes at 400.
