A Middle Eastern Okra & veal stew.

Recipe Ingredients for Okra & Veal stew

500 Veal
1 tbs canola oil
3 onions, medium
3 tomatoes, large, skinned & chopped
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp ginger paste
1 g Season-It All Spice
1 /4tsp cumin
1 /4tsp cinnamom
1 /2tsp cardamom
1 tbs tomatoe paste
4 g Chicken Flavor Bouillon
300 g okra
1 oz corriander leaves
2 tsp lemon, squeezed
500 ml water

Recipe Directions for Okra & Veal stew

  1. Heat the oi and slightly brown the veal.

  2. Remove the veal.

  3. Fry onions, garlic & ginger in the oil untill the onions have turned translucent

  4. Then add the spices& maggie cube untill their arroma has really started to waft through the air.

  5. Thirdly add the tomatoe paste; stirr it untill is well mixed through all the ingredients in the pot.

  6. Then add the chopped tomatoes, okra & veal pieces.

  7. Finally add the lemon juice and water.

  8. Cover, bring the water to a boil, then lower the heat and allow the dish to simmer untill the veal is well cooked.

  9. 10 mins before the dish is finnished add the corriander leaves.
