Recipe Ingredients for Okra Masala

1 1/2 tbsp oil
1/8 tsp asafetida powder
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp lentils
2/3 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped tomato
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2/3 cup tomato puree
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 tbsp coconut flakes
3/4 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Okra Masala

Heat the oil in a saucepan and once it is hot saute with mustard, urad dal , onion for 2 min. add tomato and saute for 2 min.
