Okra in tamarind and cocnut gravy

Recipe Ingredients for Okra Gravy

8 cup Frozen Okra
1/4 serving Coconut Fresh
1/4 serving Red Raw Chillies
2 g Fenugreek Seeds
1 g Tamarind Concentrate
1/2 tsp unpacked Sugars, Brown
1 1tsp Olive Oil
2 tbsp Sesame Seeds

Recipe Directions for Okra Gravy

Pan fry okra in oil, and cook in tamarind until done. Make a paste of fenugreek seeds, coconut, sesame seeds, cumin seeds and red chillies. Add this to the okra and add more water depending on the consistency. Add salt and brown sugar.
