0.33 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
3 dash Pepper, Black
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola

Recipe Directions for okra - fried

  1. Stir flour with okra and add salt and pepper.

  2. Heat oil in a nonstick skillet or wok.

  3. Place okra in heated oil and fry until browned.
