Recipe Ingredients for okara hummus

1 cup tofu
15 ounce garbanzo beans (do not drain)
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
3 tablespoons tahini
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/8 teaspoon salt

Recipe Directions for okara hummus

  1. In your blender, puree

  2. Transfer to a covered container. Refrigerate hummus for a few hours for the best flavor. Right before serving, warm hummus and sprinkle with olive oil and paprika.
