Recipe Ingredients for OKARA BURGERS

2 cups Tofu, Okara
1/2 cup amaranth
1/2 cup flax seed meal
1 T olive oil
1 onion
1/8 cup jalapeno
1/2 cup green pepper
1/2 cup carrots
1 red pepper
1 salt
1 pepper
1/8 t Turmeric
1/2 T garlic

Recipe Directions for OKARA BURGERS

sautee veggies in olive oil. add okara. cook a minute slowly add amaranth and flax seed meal. cook until firm. about 1 minute. Coat with bread crumbs and bake at 350 for 10 minutes on each side.
