Recipe Ingredients for OJ, banana & berry smoothie

8 oz orange juice
1 banana
1/2 c frozen berries
2 tbsp flax seeds
1/2 oz soy protein

Recipe Directions for OJ, banana & berry smoothie

  1. Note: I use rice protein rather than soy, but can't find it listed here

  2. Grind flax seeds in coffee grinder

  3. Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth

  4. Drink
