It's kind of oily, but kind of good. Just some fried rice.

Recipe Ingredients for Oily Fried Rice

2 cup Rice, Brown, Medium-grain, Cooked
0.5 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
0.5 cup, diced Celery
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 medium Egg, Whole
7 floweret Broccoli, Flower Clusters

Recipe Directions for Oily Fried Rice

  1. Make sure that rice is cooked.

  2. Put olive oil in the pan and then heat it up, but not too hot.

  3. Then throw the rice into the pan.

  4. While you're doing that, chop up the pepper. When that's done, throw it in the pan too.

  5. Maybe add some more olive oil.

  6. Add an egg and turn it to high.

  7. Then add celery, which should already be chopped up.

  8. Keep adding olive oil as needed to keep the frying action going.

  9. Add broccoli.

  10. Keep frying it and adding olive oil as needed to facilitate everything.

  11. It'll be done eventually. Then enjoy! But make sure to add garlic powder, sesame seeds, whatever. Salt. Pepper. Crushed red pepper. Any other vegetables. This is just what we had in the house.
