This is a oiless, sugarless perfect banana bread.

Recipe Ingredients for Oiless Sugarless Whole Wheat Banana Bread

3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 large Egg, Whole
1 miniature box (.5 oz) Raisins, Seedless
13 grams Sunflower Seeds

Recipe Directions for Oiless Sugarless Whole Wheat Banana Bread

  1. Preheat the oven 180 C (300 F)

  2. In a mixing bowl add 1tbs baking powder + 1/2 baking soda. Add the flour, cinnamon and a little bit of ginger.

  3. Mix together.

  4. Smash te bananas and add the raw egg.

  5. Put the two mixtures together. Add raisins and sunflower seeds.

  6. Bake for 50 min aprox.

  7. Wait till cold.
