A this is a lighter version of traditional mayonaise based cole slaw.

Recipe Ingredients for Oil and Vinegar Cole Slaw

4 cups Cabbage, shredded
1/2 cup Carrots, chopped
1/2 cup Celery, chopped
1/4 cup Onion, chopped fine
1/4 cup Sugar or 10 packets sugar substitute
1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 cup Canola Oil

Recipe Directions for Oil and Vinegar Cole Slaw

  1. In a larger bowl, combine sugar and vinegar.

  2. Whisk together until sugar is dissolved.

  3. Whisk in canola oil.

  4. Add the rest of ingredients.

  5. Toss well to combine.

  6. Chill well before serving.
